Job Description
Job Responsibilities: ・On-site management and supervision of the injection molding production line. ・Personnel allocation based on production plans and work instructions to operators. ・Management of molding conditions, yield improvement, and troubleshooting. ・Reporting to Japanese expatriates and managers. Products Handled: ・Precision mechanism parts (internal sensor parts, etc.), plastic lenses, etc. ・Note: Unlike large automotive parts or simple connectors, we mainly handle products requiring micron-level precision.

Requirement
Requirements (Must): ・Practical experience in plastic injection molding. ・Experience as a leader or supervisor in a manufacturing environment (experience in managing and instructing subordinates). Requirements (Welcome/Preferred): ・Experience with precision parts or lens molding. ・Track record of production efficiency improvement.
