・Maintenance, repair, and overhaul of plastic injection molds. ・Disassembly, cleaning, polishing, and assembly of molds. ・Creation and management of maintenance records and daily business reports (Excel input required). ・Investigation and resolution of mold-related factors during molding troubles.

Requirement
Requirements (Must): ・Practical experience in mold maintenance or mold fabrication (must understand mold structure and be able to disassemble/assemble). ・Basic PC skills (specifically data entry and management using Excel). Requirements (Welcome/Preferred): ・Japanese language ability (N4–N3 level / understanding of greetings and basic vocabulary, with a willingness to learn). ・Willingness to participate in training or work in Japan.
