• Job Description

  Project Sales & Management: ・Analysis & Planning: Analyze commercial aspects to determine product applicability and project feasibility (e.g., cost reduction). Estimate costs and prepare presentations, including pricing. ・Tendering & Contracts: Prepare and execute tendering, bidding, negotiating, and contracting. Review, verify, and negotiate contracts. ・Execution & Support: Support project execution and manage/analyze possible project risks. Coordinate with all concerned stakeholders and submit weekly progress reports. ・Collection: Follow up on bill collection. Marketing & Strategy： ・Strategy: Plan and execute marketing strategies to boost company products and services. Lead less experienced marketing employees and formulate the company's marketing strategy. ・Business Development: Develop potential customers and markets. Engage clients at the preliminary stage during product promotion/presentation, both commercially and technically. ・Promotion: Market through academic and professional organizations via conventions and seminars. Study and propose activities to promote products (e.g., participating in conventions). ・Materials: Coordinate, prepare, and inventory marketing materials (calendars, brochures, etc.). Coordination & Communication： ・Coordinate with the company’s partner technical experts and prospective clients (setting up meetings, agendas, and minutes). ・Support stakeholders’ meetings by managing the agenda and producing minutes. ・Stay informed of developments in the industry. Product Knowledge ・You will be required to understand and promote the following company products: ・Vibration Control and Seismic Isolation Devices ・Special Steel Structure ・NS Panel Bridge (Pre-Engineered Bridge System) ・Nonframe Method (Slope Protection) ・Steel Slit Dam (Disaster Mitigation Product) ・Pre-Engineered Building System
