Job Description

Job Responsibilities Project & Construction Management: ・Supervise fabrication and erection works for pre-engineered steel bridges, slope protection systems, special steel structures, and vibration control devices. ・Review and analyze drawings, plans, specifications, method statements, and QA/QC plans. ・Prepare and manage project budgets, cost estimates, schedules, and deliverables. ・Prepare inspection reports, progress reports, and non-conformance reports (NCR). ・Resolve issues and concerns for the assigned project and report them to the manager. ・Review and recommend work process improvements. Quality Assurance & Control (QA/QC): ・Ensure QA/QC compliance in accordance with Project Specifications and Requirements. ・Manage Project Submittals, QA/QC Documents, RFIs, and other project-related documents. ・Coordination & Sales Support: ・Coordinate with clients, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and engineers throughout the project. ・Prepare quotations and handle civil engineering-related sales and client development. ・Coordinate with the company’s partner technical experts and clients (including setting up meetings, creating agendas, and taking minutes).

Requirement

Requirements: ・Education: Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or equivalent. ・Experience: Preferably 5 years of working experience as a Project Site Engineer. ・Skills: Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and SketchUp. Strong leadership and communication skills. ・Work Ethic: Able to work under pressure with minimal supervision and tight deadlines. Preferred: ・Licensed Civil Engineer. ・Knowledge and experience with steel fabrication and erection works. ・Proficient in Project Scheduling, Estimation, Quantity Surveying, and Cost Control.
