Required Qualifications ・Sales experience in the FMCG industry. ・Experience in negotiating with Distributors/Sub-distributors. ・Field Sales experience (Store visits/Route sales). ・Valid Driver's License. Preferred Qualifications ・Fluency in Visayan/Cebuano is Required. (Note: Listed here as a key asset, though marked as mandatory). ・Native of Cebu / Originally from Cebu. ・Experience working at a Japanese FMCG company (e.g., Unicharm, Kao, etc.). ・Experience working at a major Global FMCG company (e.g., P&G, Unilever, Nestlé, etc.). ・Deep understanding of the market trends and business practices in the Cebu area. ・Experience in building distributor networks.
