As Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in leading the operations of a Visa Application Centre. You will ensure high-quality service delivery, drive operational efficiency, and maintain strong relationships with diplomats and government officials. Key responsibilities include: • Leading and managing center operations for optimal performance • Conducting regular quality checks and implementing improvements • Guiding and developing staff, providing training and mentorship • Ensuring compliance with contracts, SOPs, and company policies • Supporting clients and coordinating with internal teams • Enhancing productivity while maintaining data privacy and security standards • Promoting additional value-added services and contributing to revenue targets This is a senior-level position requiring a strategic mindset and leadership skills to drive growth and operational excellence.

Qualifications

    【MUST】 ・N1 Japanese and business-level English ・Minimum 2 years of experience in travel, tourism, or service industries ・Proven team management experience ・Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment ・Strong problem-solving and customer support skills 【BETTER】 ・Currently residing in the Philippines (preferred) ・Practical experience prioritized over formal education
