Job Description

- Handle Inside Sales and Customer Service operations for existing clients. - Account Volume: Handle approximately 20 accounts per person. Key Responsibilities: - In-House Sales to assist with the business expansion by acquiring new business from existing customers and gaining new clients for international forwarding. - Respond to customer inquiries by email and phone. - Progress control and schedule adjustment of import and export cargo. - Quotation preparation, invoice processing, and related paperwork. - Directing and coordinating with in-house customs clearance teams and delivery (trucking) teams. - Adjust business flow and operations according to the balance of cargo volume.

Requirement

<MUST> - Experience: 2 to 3 years of work experience in the International Freight Forwarding industry. - Must have knowledge in incoterms - Language: Business level English proficiency (Required for communication with the Japanese Manager and coordination with local staff). <Soft Skills> - Proactive mindset: Able to think and propose solutions independently, rather than being passive. - High communication skills and values teamwork.
