Qualifications

• Requirement

  【MUST】 ・Practical experience in HR and labor management within trading, import/export, or manufacturing industries ・Hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment and labor management, particularly in policy formulation and handling labor-related issues ・Ability to perform tasks with strict adherence to rules and regulations, valuing discipline ・Strong leadership skills capable of guiding and motivating a young team (mostly under 35 years old) ・Ability to unify the team, provide firm guidance when necessary, and manage the organization as a whole 【Preferred】 ・Experience working in Japanese companies ・Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust with local staff ・Experience in organizational setup during a startup phase or a period of organizational transformation
