We pride ourselves on innovation, sustainability, and building spaces that make a difference in people’s lives. seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Project Accountant to ensure financial accuracy and efficiency in our projects. You will play a key role in tracking budgets, analyzing financial performance, and supporting successful project delivery. 【Responsibilities】 > Prepare, monitor, and maintain project budgets and financial models. > Analyze project financial performance and identify trends for management decision-making. > Monitor expenses and ensure projects stay within budget. > Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for stakeholders. > Manage project cash flows, forecasts, and invoice processing. > Assist in BIR document preparation and tax compliance. > Maintain organized records for audits and reporting. > Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and auditors on financial matters. > Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.

Requirement

【MUST】 > Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred. > 2–3 years of experience as a Project Accountant, preferably in real estate or construction. > Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting. > Proficient in accounting software (SAP preferred) and MS Excel. > Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. > Ability to meet deadlines and work independently in a fast-paced environment. > With Experience as Project accountant at least 2 years is a MUST 【BETTER】 > Familiarity with real estate regulations and compliance. > Experience working with project audits. > Knowledge of computerized accounting systems and reporting tools. > Previous experience collaborating directly with project managers and contractors.
