Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Strategic HR Management: ・Develop and implement HR policies emphasizing mutual respect, teamwork, and long-term employment. ・Partner with senior leaders to align HR needs with production cycles and strategic goals. ・Maintain meticulous HR documentation and provide reports for strategic decision-making. ・To manage a team of approximately 23 staff. Employee Relations & Culture: ・Act as a mediator to resolve workplace issues using consensus-building and maintaining group harmony. ・Facilitate performance management that balances individual appraisal with group harmony. ・Promote diversity and inclusion while respecting traditional team dynamics. ・Support employee welfare and work-life balance initiatives (aligned with karoshi prevention). Recruitment & Development: ・Lead recruitment with a focus on cultural fit, loyalty, and potential for long-term growth. ・Manage comprehensive onboarding to help new hires understand company culture. ・Coordinate training initiatives for continuous improvement and safety awareness. Compliance: ・Ensure strict compliance with Japanese labor laws, health & safety standards, and Philippine regulations. ・Design compensation programs that respect seniority and long-term commitment.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS 【must】 ・Experience: Extensive Managerial experience in Manufacturing is required.The candidate should have experience managing 20+HC across HRD and GA. ・Legal Knowledge: Deep understanding of Philippine labor laws and workplace safety regulations. ・Technical Skills: Proficiency in English , HR Information Systems, and Microsoft Office Suite. ・Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Psychology. 【better】 ・Cultural Fit: Knowledge of or experience working in Japanese companies is highly preferred. Must possess respect for Japanese work ethics (diligence, humility, patience). ・Soft Skills: Strong communication, consensus-building, and conflict resolution skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality.
