We are looking for a strategic, data-driven, and people-focused leader to join our English Conversation Business Division as a Tutor Securing Section Manager. In this role, you will: • Lead and grow our tutor network, ensuring high-quality lesson delivery. • Empower your team to optimize tutor engagement, scheduling, and performance. • Manage 3 department managers (1 for Tutor Recruitment, 2 for Tutor Engagement). • Drive operational efficiency through data analysis, workforce planning, and innovative solutions. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone passionate about education, team development, and operational excellence. 【Key Responsibilities】 Note: Detailed responsibilities will be discussed further during the interview or upon offer. Key areas include: <Tutor Recruitment – Build Our Talent Pool> • Lead the recruitment of qualified home-based tutors. • Design creative, data-driven recruitment campaigns. • Ensure onboarding equips tutors to teach effectively. • Analyze recruitment metrics to improve efficiency and retention. <Tutor Engagement – Support and Empower> • Schedule tutors fairly and match them to student demand. • Address tutor concerns proactively to maintain high engagement and lesson quality. • Implement initiatives to boost satisfaction, retention, and performance. <Leadership & Team Management – Inspire Success> • Coach and mentor department managers to maximize performance. • Foster collaboration across recruitment, engagement, and quality teams. • Implement process improvements for efficiency and impact. • Promote a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence. <Data-Driven Operations> • Use analytics to forecast tutor demand and optimize lesson coverage. • Make informed decisions balancing operational needs with tutor and student satisfaction.
Qualifications

Requirement
【MUST】 • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, Education, Operations Management, or related field. • 5+ years in ESL operations, tutor management, or workforce deployment. • 2+ years in leadership roles. • Strong people management and leadership skills. • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. 【BETTER】 • Master’s degree in a relevant field. • Knowledge of SQL or scheduling systems for online learning platforms. • Experience with workforce planning, operational analysis, and process improvement. • Familiarity with online ESL education and tutor lifecycle management.
