Supports the Production Supervisor in overseeing daily operations of the production section/group, ensuring compliance with regulations, guidelines, and standard operating procedures while achieving production targets. The role involves process improvement, team supervision, and operational efficiency. 【Responsibilities】 <Technical Duties> • Assist in supervising and coordinating production staff and operators. • Ensure efficiency and conformity to production standards in daily operations. • Support process improvements and resolve production issues. • Collaborate with planners and managers to implement production schedules. • Assist in resource allocation, equipment utilization, and personnel management to meet production targets. • Monitor production progress, identify bottlenecks, and support corrective actions. • Assist in monitoring production costs and implementing cost control measures. • Support quality assurance initiatives, corrective actions, and continuous improvement. • Track production metrics, KPIs, and performance indicators. • Implement inventory control measures and maintain stock indexes. • Conduct risk assessments and inspections to maintain a safe working environment. • Assist in developing, coordinating, and enforcing company policies and SOPs. • Investigate top rejects, lot outs, claims, and other quality-related issues with the support team. • Contribute ideas for productivity, quality efficiency, and 5S implementation. • Provide regular updates, reports, and recommendations to senior management . <Administrative Duties> • Manage the activities of subordinates (Worker Level and Staff Level). • Evaluate performance and provide training for competency enhancement. • Recommend promotions, transfers, and hiring decisions in coordination with immediate head. • Assign daily tasks and ensure constant monitoring. • Discipline subordinates and recommend disciplinary actions as needed. • Approve leave applications and manage absences and tardiness. • Assess performance of regular and probationary subordinates. <General Duties> • Follow Company Code of Conduct (COC), QMS, and EMS standards. • Maintain safety and honesty in handling company resources. • Maintain 5S standards in all tasks and responsibilities. • Foster professional and respectful relationships with colleagues.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    ※MUST※ •Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Production Management, or related field. •Proven experience as a production supervisor or similar role (at least 5 years) in a manufacturing environment. •Knowledge of production processes, equipment operation, and quality control principles. •Familiarity with SAP system and Microsoft Office applications. •Understanding of safety regulations and compliance standards in production. +BETTER+ •Experience in medical device manufacturing. •Knowledge of production management software or ERP systems. •Strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills. •Ability to identify process improvements and implement efficiency measures.
