    This is an on-site, full-time role for an Executive Secretary based in Metro Manila. The Executive Secretary will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance, handling clerical tasks, and performing company secretarial work. Additional responsibilities include managing communications and providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <MUST> - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field - At least 3 years experience as Executive Assistant/Secretary - Proficient in Clerical Skills, including document management and scheduling - Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal - Experience in Company Secretarial Work and Executive Administrative Assistance - Strong Customer Service skills - Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information - Strong organizational and time-management skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
