Job Description
> Prepare CSD in CAD and BIM (Combined Services Drawing) for coordination of all the services to avoid clashes. > Prepare Clash Detection Report for presentation via Naviswork Manage / Revit 3D view / CAD and resolve all clash detection between systems and other trades. > Coordinate with Designer’s Modeller and BIM Coordinator with other JV departments. > Manage to make adjustments and changes to a variety of detailed drawings as required by site. > Review and check accuracy of drawings prior to issuance for construction drawings. > Create, coordinate, and develop 2D drawings and 3D BIM models. > Strong knowledge in using BIM modeling software (e.g., AutoCAD 2012 MEP, AutoCAD Suite, NavisWorks). > Ensure the quality of models as described in the BIM execution plan. > Assist BIM team in meeting with Designer. > Prepare clash detection reports and resolve clashes under the instruction of the BIM Manager. > Run interference detection to detect design clashes to assist the project team with coordination processes.

> Engineering Graduate > With 3+ years software experience with BIM/2D and 3D AutoCad/Revit/Navisworks > Have experience working in Construction and Engineering. > Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications Good knowledge and understanding of Mechanical and Electrical systems.
