Job Description
Technical / Hands-on Responsibilities : ・Operate die-casting machines (ranging from 250t to 850t) and establish/optimize production parameters (e.g., mold temperature, injection speed/pressure). ・As a hands-on leader, perform mold setups, maintenance, and troubleshooting yourself. ・Investigate the root causes of casting defects (e.g., flow lines, porosity, burrs, seizing) and implement permanent countermeasures. ・Provide on-the-job training (OJT) and technical guidance to team members on the factory floor.

Requirement
Required Experience & Skills (Must-have) ・A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in aluminum die-casting. ・The ability to logically analyze casting defects and implement effective countermeasures. Preferred Experience & Skills (Nice-to-have) ・Experience in the automotive parts industry. ・Knowledge of post-processing (e.g., shot blasting, deburring, CNC machining). ・Experience with die-casting mold maintenance and minor repairs.
