Job Description
Key Responsibilities: >Handle customer inquiries and provide timely, accurate information regarding shipments and deliveries. >Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and transport teams to ensure smooth order processing and on-time delivery. >Monitor shipment status and proactively update customers regarding delays or issues. >Prepare and manage shipping documents, invoices, and reports. >Maintain strong relationships with clients by delivering professional and efficient service. >Assist in resolving delivery or billing issues in coordination with other departments. >Ensure compliance with company policies and logistics procedures.

Requirement
>At least 2–3 years of experience in customer service within the logistics or supply chain industry. >Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or any related field. >Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. >Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and work under pressure. Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
