Job Description
Job Description: You will be responsible for the entire process from creating shipment plans with our overseas group companies (in Japan, the USA, and China) to developing internal production plans. This is a highly rewarding role where you will communicate with numerous internal and external stakeholders to establish the optimal production and supply system. Key Responsibilities: ・Coordinate Shipment Plans with Overseas Bases: Communicate with representatives in Japan, the USA, and China via email and online meetings to adjust delivery dates and create shipment schedules. ・Develop Internal Production Plans: Based on the finalized shipment plans, collaborate with the internal manufacturing department to formulate the production schedule. ・Manage and Adjust Progress: Monitor daily production status and revise or adjust plans as necessary.

Requirement
Qualifications: MUST-HAVE: ・Business-Level English Proficiency: Smooth communication with overseas bases is essential. ・Basic Excel Skills: Candidates are expected to be able to perform data entry and simple calculations. ・Practical Experience with Email: Understanding of basic business email etiquette. ・Strong Communication Skills: Ability to proactively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. ・Commitment to Long-Term Employment: We are looking for individuals who are eager to build a lasting career with our company. BETTER-TO-HAVE: ・Experience in production control, logistics, or trade-related operations. ・Japanese language communication skills. ・Ideal Candidate Profile: ・Age: Approximately 23 to 30 years old. ・Gender: This is a workplace where female employees are actively succeeding. ・As per a gentlemen's agreement among Japanese companies in Lima, recruiting a current employee is considered poaching. To be eligible for hire, a candidate must have been separated from their previous employer for a minimum of six months.
