We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Aftermarket Manager to oversee the sales of aftermarket and trading parts. The successful candidate will play a vital role in expanding market presence, strengthening customer relationships, and driving sales performance through effective planning, execution, and leadership. 【RESPONSIBILITIES】 • Manage and drive sales of aftermarket parts and trading parts to achieve set targets. • Develop and maintain market intelligence — including pricing trends, competitor activities, and promotional strategies. • Advise on and manage credit facilities for new and existing customers. • Prepare and present accurate monthly and quarterly sales reports to top management. • Conduct market surveys and adapt sales strategies for business growth and competitiveness. • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and repeat business. • Develop creative and strategic sales plans with clear goals and measurable outcomes. • Lead the team in planning, organizing, and executing aftermarket and trading operations effectively. • Ensure the company achieves target profit levels and maintains a high standard of customer service. • Perform other related duties as assigned by top management.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【MUST】 • Willing to work at Makiling, Calamba City, Laguna. • At least 5 years of related sales experience in the automotive, machinery, or similar industry. • Proven leadership and communication skills. • Strong ability to analyze market trends and adapt sales strategies. • Willing to work under an agency 【BETTER】 • Experience in motorcycle spare parts sales or related aftermarket business. • Strong background in sales management, forecasting, and planning. • Excellent negotiation and client relationship management skills. • Strategic thinker with a proactive and goal-oriented mindset.
