  Main Job Responsibilities: In this role, you will act as a Bridge Project Manager for the implementation of the "Oracle NetSuite" cloud ERP package, dedicated to solving the business challenges of our Japanese clients. Requirements Definition: ・You will conduct interviews with Japanese clients in Japanese to understand their business requirements and challenges, and accurately define the system specifications. Bridge & Liaison: ・You will be responsible for accurately communicating the client's requests to our Filipino engineering team in Makati using English or Tagalog. Conversely, you will provide feedback, including questions and suggestions from the development team, back to the client in Japanese. Project Management: ・You will oversee the entire development project, including managing progress, tracking issues, and performing risk management to ensure timely delivery. Client Reporting: ・You will build and maintain a strong relationship of trust with the client by providing regular project status reports. Business Travel: ・Please note that business travel to Japan may be required depending on project needs.
