    Job description ・Manage and organize schedules, meetings, and appointments. ・Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications. ・Assist in the preparation and editing of documents, reports, and presentations. ・Maintain filing systems (both physical and digital). ・Assist in coordinating office activities and events. ・Order and manage office supplies and equipment, including inventory. ・Support onboarding processes for new employees. ・Perform general clerical duties, including data entry and document management

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    Qualifications ・Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role is preferred. ・Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. ・Experience with project management is a plus but not required. Skills: ・Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). ・Excellent written and verbal communication skills. ・Strong organizational and time-management abilities. ・High attention to detail and problem-solving skills. ・Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. ・Familiarity with office management systems and procedures.
