    Campaign Planning & Execution: ・Design and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, social media, offline) to increase brand awareness and drive lead generation. Market Research & Analysis: ・Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive positioning to inform marketing and sales strategies. Brand Management: ・Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning in all marketing materials and communications. Content Creation & Management: ・Oversee the development of marketing content (e.g., blog posts, ads, brochures) and manage content calendars to align with campaigns and product launches. Marketing Performance Analysis: ・Track and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives and optimize them based on data-driven insights. Sales Team Development: ・Recruit, train, and manage a highly motivated sales team, ensuring clear role responsibilities and targets. Sales Target Achievement: ・Ensure that the sales team meets or exceeds set revenue and market share targets. KPI Management: ・Set, monitor, and adjust key sales performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with strategic goals. Cross-Functional Alignment: ・Ensure marketing strategies and sales execution are fully aligned to drive customer acquisition and retention. Integrated Strategy Development: ・Develop and implement an integrated marketing and sales strategy that supports the company’s growth objectives. Partnerships & Networking: Identify and foster partnerships and networking opportunities to expand the customer base and enhance business growth. Budget Management: ・Manage the marketing and sales budgets, ensuring resource allocation aligns with priority business goals. Customer Relationship Management (CRM): ・Utilize the CRM system to manage and analyze customer data, maximizing the effectiveness of sales and marketing activities.
