  ⚫ Qualifications • Graduate of a college/university course, preferably Statistics, Psychology or Human Capital Management (HCM). Masters’ degree is an advantage. • More than 3 years of experience as an HR Business Partner (practitioner) or as HR Consultant with exposure / experience of leading any of the following: o HR Data Analytics / People Analytics o Human Capital Digitalization (HC Dx) o Strategic Performance Management o Total Rewards o Data Analytics, open to other disciplines such as Market Research, Marketing Analytics, etc.) [Not qualified] *only HR Administrative experience (operations only, no strategic role experience) ⚫ Expected work attitude and required competencies Functional Skills: • Advanced knowledge and/or skills on Statistics or Data Analytics • High Project Management skill • Logical, High comprehensive skill / critical analysis • Design and implementation skills (interventions / solutions) Behavioral Skills: • Driven, High Learning Agility (high motivation to learn) • Resilient and Adaptable • Customer oriented, highly committed to contribute to clients • Curious and inquisitive
