Job Description
> Fleet Maintenance Manager responsibilities include creating and implementing maintenance schedules, managing maintenance staff and budgets, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations, overseeing repairs and parts inventory, and analyzing equipment data to improve fleet productivity and reliability. They also manage vendor relationships and maintain accurate maintenance records to prevent unexpected breakdowns and minimize costs. > Program Management: Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules for the truck fleet to ensure timely and regular servicing > Team Leadership: Lead, train, and supervise maintenance technicians and mechanics, including managing performance and staff scheduling. > Budget & Inventory: Manage the maintenance budget, track expenses, and oversee the inventory of spare parts and materials. > Inspections & Diagnostics: Conduct regular inspections and diagnostic tests on trucks and equipment to identify potential mechanical or electrical issues before they become major problems. > Record-Keeping: Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities, equipment history, service schedules, and inspection reports to ensure compliance and track needs. > Safety & Compliance: Ensure all maintenance activities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations, implementing safety guidelines and practices for the maintenance team > Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in the maintenance program, analyzing data and recommending upgrades or modifications to enhance equipment reliability and fleet productivity. > Cost Control: Manage costs effectively by preventing unexpected failures, minimizing downtime, and making informed decisions about repairs and part replacements. > Equipment Reliability: Focus on improving the overall reliability and performance of the truck fleet through proactive maintenance and timely repairs. > Fleet Accountability: Ensure truck spare parts are kept safe and prevent loss, implement systematic inventory management practices including a detailed parts inventory, secure storage, strict access control, regular audits, and the use of a tracking system to record part usage and movement, all while defining a standard procedure for handling and managing these critical components

Requirement
> 2 years experience as a fleet maintenance manager > at least TESDA license for Automobile, qualified mechanics TESDA certified > Associate's: Often preferred, especially in fields like business, engineering, logistics, or automotive technology. > Experience: Several years of experience in fleet maintenance, vehicle maintenance, or a related field is essential. > Technical Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair processes, including diesel equipment, is highly valued.
