Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented General Travel Staff (Japanese Speaking) to join our dynamic team in Makati. In this role, you will be responsible for providing seamless travel arrangements and excellent customer service to clients. From booking flights and accommodations to handling inquiries and special requests, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth and hassle-free travel experiences. 【Responsibilities】・Handle customer inquiries via phone or email regarding travel services. ・Provide accurate information on destinations, schedules, and travel requirements. ・Book flights, accommodations, and tours promptly and correctly in the system. ・Process modifications, cancellations, and special requests. ・Ensure customer satisfaction through professional and efficient service. ・Stay updated on travel products, promotions, and policies.

Requirement

【MUST】・2–3 years of solid experience in booking and reservations operations (travel agency, airline, or related industry). ・Hands-on expertise with Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Amadeus, Oscar, etc. (minimum 1 year). ・Japanese language proficiency (JLPT N3 or higher) – able to communicate confidently with Japanese clients. ・Excellent command of the English language (both written and spoken). ・Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite/Workspace tools. ・Strong customer service orientation, with great attention to detail and accuracy. ・Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. ・A proactive team player with a positive and professional attitude. 【BETTER】・Experience in the Travel & Leisure industry or BPO handling travel accounts. ・Knowledge of additional GDS systems or advanced travel booking tools. ・Flexibility to work on shifting schedules (holidays, weekends, day/mid/night).
