Job Description

Responsibilities: - Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process: job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. - Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates. - Prepare HR reports and analytics for senior management. - Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies. - Ensure recruitment policies and procedures are followed consistently. - Monitor candidate pipelines and hiring metrics to evaluate recruitment effectiveness. - Coordinate onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

Requirement

<MUST> - AB/BS Psychology graduate - At least 6 years of HR related work experience - Experience in the end-to-end process from recruitment to employee separation (including onboarding and offboarding procedures). - Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills <BETTER> - Candidates with prior leadership experience are an advantage.
