Job description: - Has a good understanding of on-site production processes and is involved in production engineering - Capable of reviewing technical drawings - Communicates with customers through the sales team - Can create design drawings and coordinate with (Japanese?) subcontractors - Can identify and develop local subcontractors and communicate technical requirements - Evaluates finished products and contributes to building company knowledge

Requirement
<MUST> - Graduated from an engineering university - Knowledge and ideas related to production engineering - English proficiency (Technical) - Strong communication skills <BETTER> - Machining Experience: Hands-on experience with machine tools such as milling machines and lathes. - Design & Molding: Deep knowledge and experience in photolithography (technology for transferring photographic negatives). Knowledge of Injection Molding. - Electronics/Components: Knowledge utilized in semiconductor manufacturing processes, or practical experience in the PCB/FPC industry. - Systems & Control: Knowledge of programming. - Design & Drafting: Knowledge of AutoCAD, and the ability to review technical drawings and create design drawings.
