As an Air Group Reservations Agent (French Speaker), you will play a vital role in managing group bookings and providing exceptional service to clients worldwide. You will assist customers in arranging flights, accommodations, tours, and packages, while ensuring smooth coordination and accurate processing of travel reservations. 【Responsibilities】 ・Handle domestic and international travel inquiries, quotations, and group reservations with accuracy and attention to detail. ・Guide clients throughout the entire booking process, ensuring transparency in terms and conditions. ・Coordinate with finance teams to process payments, accounts receivables/payables, and reconciliation documents. ・Maintain professional communication via calls and emails while delivering timely solutions. ・Use advanced reservation and project management tools to manage group travel efficiently. ・Stay updated on travel industry trends, supplier offers, and best practices. ・Collaborate with the Group Air Team and escalate issues when necessary for prompt resolution.
