  We are seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. MUST BE CUSTOMS BROKERAGE & LOGISTICS EXPERIENCE and/or EXPERT and/or BS CUSTOMS ADMINISTRATION. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans, building client relationships, and identifying new market opportunities. A strong background in sales leadership—preferably within the Customs Brokerage industry—will be key to excelling in this role. Key Responsibilities: > Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand the customer base. > Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to consistently exceed sales goals. > Track and analyze sales performance metrics; prepare regular reports on team progress. > Identify new market opportunities and spearhead lead generation initiatives. > Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. > Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to align strategies and optimize results. > Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts. > Conduct market research and competitor analysis to anticipate industry trends. > Ensure all sales activities adhere to company policies, compliance requirements, and ethical standards. > Able to forecast Profit and Loss
