• Job Description

  >Supervise and coordinate day-to-day injection and mold production operations to achieve output, quality, and safety goals. >Monitor and troubleshoot injection molding machines and mold-related issues to minimize downtime and ensure smooth production flow. >Lead, train, and mentor production staff to build strong technical and operational capabilities. >Implement and maintain production schedules, ensuring efficiency and timely delivery of products. >Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams for preventive maintenance, mold changeovers, and equipment upgrades. >Analyze production data to identify areas for process improvement, waste reduction, and cost efficiency. >Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards. >Drive continuous improvement initiatives in injection molding processes and mold production. >Support quality assurance efforts by ensuring products meet technical specifications and customer requirements. >Prepare production reports, monitor KPIs, and recommend action plans for improvement.
