Job Description

Your initial responsibilities will include understanding the current state of our manufacturing floor and driving improvements in productivity, quality, and overall operations. Your main duties will be to analyze OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), identify issues such as time loss, quality defects, and equipment downtime, and implement specific solutions. In the future, you will be expected to guide the team in continuous improvement activities and help elevate their skills. - Management and improvement of on-site production planning, manufacturing, and maintenance activities. - Analyzing OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) to identify issues such as time loss, quality defects, and equipment downtime, and implementing solutions. - Guiding and helping on-site staff improve their skills. - Creating simple technical drawings.

Requirement

<MUST> - Knowledge of mechanical engineering. - Knowledge of ferrous steel metal materials. - Understanding of machining procedures. - Extensive practical experience working on-site. - At least 3 years of experience in an Assistant Manager. - Business-level proficiency in both Tagalog and English. <BETTER> - Practical experience with electrical cables. <Ideal Candidate Profile> - Strong motivation and ability to improve productivity and operations. - A person who can analyze on-site issues and devise specific countermeasures.
