As a Senior Quality Control Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring that all projects meet the highest quality and safety standards. You’ll lead inspections, identify issues before they become problems, and work closely with engineers and contractors to achieve exceptional results. 【Responsibilities】・Lead and conduct thorough site quality inspections ・Identify and document any non-conformities in materials or workmanship ・Enforce compliance with construction and safety standards ・Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and site teams to resolve quality issues quickly ・Prepare detailed inspection reports and recommendations

Requirement

【MUST】・Proven experience in construction quality control ・Strong knowledge of construction standards and regulations ・Demonstrated leadership skills in managing site teams ・Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities 【BETTER】・5–10 years of experience in a senior or supervisory QC role ・Background in property development or large-scale projects ・Training or certification in ISO standards, safety compliance, or quality management ・Familiarity with modern construction materials and technologies
