This role plays a critical part in shaping employee experience, promoting organizational efficiency, and ensuring compliance with local and international HR standards. 【Responsibilities】 ・Develop, implement, and manage HR policies aligned with company vision ・Oversee full-cycle recruitment, hiring, and onboarding ・Foster positive employee relations; resolve conflicts and handle grievances professionally ・Administer compensation, benefits, and annual performance evaluation systems ・Implement employee training, performance management, and development programs ・Ensure labor law compliance and handle government-related processes (PEZA, DOLE, Visa, etc.) ・Maintain accurate HRIS records and administrative documentation ・Lead office safety, wellness, and emergency procedures ・Provide coaching and support to managers and employees Reporting to: President 3 staff will handle ★Why Join Us★ Joining us means becoming part of a globally respected company that recognizes your value and supports your career. Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【MUST】 ・Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field ・5 to 10 years of strong HR and administrative experience, ideally in BPO or service-related industries ・JLPT N3 or higher; fluent in Japanese and English (written and verbal) ・In-depth knowledge of Philippine labor law and HR compliance practices ・Strong leadership capabilities with proven team management experience ・Strong personality with the confidence to make sound decisions and manage sensitive issues with diplomacy and authority ・Excellent interpersonal, conflict-resolution, and communication skills ・Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and HR management systems ・Experience in handling PEZA, DOLE, and visa processes ・Willingness to work on a hybrid setup in Makati City 【BETTER】 + HR certifications (e.g., CHRP, CHRA) + Experience in travel, tourism, or shared services industries + Familiarity with Japanese corporate culture or global HR practices + Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills + Experience working with multicultural and multilingual teams
