This is your chance to grow in a mission-critical role that supports regulatory compliance, risk management, and privacy leadership. 【RESPONSIBILITIES】 <Privacy Compliance & Monitoring> ・Monitor compliance with Data Privacy Act and global regulations (GDPR, CCPA) ・Maintain data processing records and manage certifications ・Oversee data sharing agreements and ensure third-party compliance <Risk Management & Incident Handling> ・Conduct Privacy Impact Assessments (PIA) ・Handle data breach notifications and privacy-related incidents ・Support audits and compliance assessments <Training & Awareness> ・Develop privacy training for staff ・Promote a culture of data protection and security <Governance & Stakeholder Engagement> ・Coordinate with legal, IT, HR, and regulatory bodies ・Implement and maintain privacy governance frameworks ・Serve on Data Privacy Committee

Requirement

【MUST】・Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Law, or a related field ・Minimum of 3 years of experience in compliance, legal, audit, risk management, or data privacy ・Solid knowledge of the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and related privacy laws in the Philippines ・Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) ・Strong written and verbal communication skills ・Good analytical, documentation, and reporting skills ・High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information ・Able to manage time effectively and work on multiple tasks independently ・Willing to work onsite at Subic Bay Freeport Zone 【BETTER】＋Advanced education or training in Data Privacy, Cybersecurity, or Compliance ＋Relevant certifications such as: ＋CIPP (Certified Information Privacy Professional) ＋CIPT (Certified Information Privacy Technologist) ＋CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor) ＋ISO 27001 Lead Auditor ＋Knowledge of international privacy frameworks such as GDPR, CCPA, or ISO/IEC 27701 ＋Experience working in a manufacturing or multinational company ＋Experience in handling audits, privacy assessments, or incident reports ＋Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g., IT, Legal, HR, Operations) ＋Familiarity with privacy tools or compliance systems
