Requirement

<MUST> ・Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field ・At least 2 years’ experience in IT support, helpdesk, or system admin roles ・Experience in a manufacturing or production environment (preferred) ・Strong knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VPN, Wi-Fi) ・Proficient in Windows, Linux, and macOS systems <Certifications (Better to have)> ✓CompTIA A+ ✓CompTIA Network+ ✓Cybersecurity Awareness ✓System Monitoring and Optimization <<Key Competencies>> ・Hardware & Software Troubleshooting ・Network & Connectivity Management ・Strong Communication & Documentation Skills ・Team Collaboration and Multicultural Adaptability ・Analytical Thinking & Proactive Problem Solving
