WORK EXPERIENCE: · Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the construction, heavy equipment, or related industries, with a proven track record of leading teams and driving market growth. · Previous experience in equipment distribution, dealership management, or related commercial roles is highly preferred.
