We are a growing real estate development firm established in 2019 through a partnership between respected Filipino and Japanese corporations. We specialize in Japanese-inspired residential communities that blend minimalism, functionality, and long-term value for Filipino families. Our projects reflect a strong commitment to quality, innovation, and sustainable living. As Project Development Senior Officer, you’ll take a leadership role in executing real estate development from start to finish. You will collaborate closely with the Project Development Head and cross-functional teams to strategize, plan, and deliver projects that are timely, profitable, and aligned with market needs. 【Responsibilities】 >Drive and manage project timelines, workstreams, and critical milestones >Coordinate across teams (design, legal, sales, permitting, construction, etc.) >Conduct market research, benchmarking, and competitor analysis >Develop and evaluate pricing, sales strategies, and client approvals >Ensure timely compliance with all pre-launch and turnover requirements >Support budget tracking, profitability analysis, and risk management >Assist with property turnover and transition to property management

Requirement

【MUST】 >Bachelor’s degree in a business or technical course (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Business Admin, Economics, Management Engineering) >Strong strategic thinking and data analysis capabilities >Demonstrated leadership potential and ability to coordinate with various teams >Proficient in Microsoft Excel, business case creation, and feasibility studies >Excellent oral and written communication skills 【BETTER】 >Prior experience in real estate development, construction, or project management >Familiarity with housing regulations, permitting, or local government processes >Experience in handling property turnover and setting up property management >Interest or exposure to Japanese design, quality standards, or work culture >Background in sales strategy or marketing is a plus
