With continued business expansion, they are looking for a talented Executive Assistant / Admin Interpreter to join their growing team and support the company’s ongoing success in the region. 【Responsibilities】 <Office & Admin Tasks> ・Renewed business and import licenses ・Handled office and condo contract renewals ・Looked for new office spaces and planned renovations ・Arranged car leases and office equipment ・Scheduled office and aircon cleaning <Employee Support> ・Calculated employee salaries ・Renewed visas for expat staff ・Managed iPhones, SIM cards, and laptops for employees ・Ordered uniforms, name cards, and office supplies ・Helped organize employee tasks and schedules <Travel & Events> ・Booked hotels, flights, and rental cars for business trips ・Planned company trips, Christmas parties, and dinners ・Made golf and meal reservations for meetings <Marketing Help> ・Arranged company booths at trade shows ・Helped set up seminars ・Ordered giveaways and promo items <Communication & Documents> ・Helped make meeting slides and reports (Excel, PowerPoint) ・Communicated with Japan and other countries in English and Japanese <HR Work> ・Supported HR tasks like hiring and staff care ☆Why Join Us?☆ This is a rare opportunity to work in a dynamic, growth-driven environment where Japanese business culture meets local innovation.
