Job Description
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: > Ensures that the department maintains an accurate inventory, analyzes profitability and reduces costs and expenditures. > Regulate and strategize accurate order, timely delivery of raw materials and finish goods in and out of the commissary. > Establish the smooth operations of the commissary production area, by setting the work schedule and output in relation to store order and deliverables needed. > Collaborate, strategize and support other departments in regards to new products, product improvement and product allocation and movement. > He/she supervises the daily operations of a commissary department, ensuring optimal food quality, managing inventory, and handling production reports.

Requirement
> Must have at least 4 years experience working in a commissary setup. > Must be a graduate of business, culinary or any other related courses. > Must be willing to work in BGC area.
