  ƒJob Description„ 1:Order and Procurement Management EManage customer order queues and allocate tasks accordingly. EProcess purchase orders (PO) and shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, Bill of Lading (BL), and Letter of Credit (L/C). 2:Shipment Preparation & Logistics Coordination EReview purchase orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy. ECoordinate with factories to monitor and maintain the shipment schedule. EArrange shipments according to sales and purchase order terms and customer shipping instructions. EWork with factories and forwarders/carriers for logistics operations, vessel booking, document verification, and issuance, including tax exemption forms. EHandle LC shipments and documentation for negotiations. 3:Shipment & Delivery Management ECoordinate with transportation providers to ensure timely and proper shipment movement. EPrepare and send the shipping list to customers, and liaise with the Sales and Accounting teams for payment confirmation. 4:Inventory & Warehouse Management EMonitor and manage stock inventory using the FIFO (First-In, First-Out) method. EConduct regular warehouse and facility inspections to ensure proper maintenance. EPerform monthly stock-taking operations. 5:Billing & Administrative Support EPrepare delivery receipts and sales invoices. EProvide support to the Sales team regarding shipping and logistics. ƒJob Appeal„ EStable work environment within a leading Japanese valve manufacturer. EOpportunity to gain global logistics experience in the ASEAN region. EExposure to English-based business operations and international career growth. EChance to develop expertise in logistics and trade operations. ETeam-oriented work culture that values proactive ideas and contributions.
