Trade Marketing & Promotion Execution EDevelop and implement trade marketing programs across key retail channels (supermarkets, convenience stores, and other distribution networks). EExecute consumer and channel promotions to enhance brand presence and drive sales. EAnalyze the effectiveness of trade marketing campaigns and recommend improvements. ? Merchandising & In-Store Branding EEnsure all point-of-purchase (POP) and merchandising materials are properly placed and maintained. EMonitor and analyze competitor activities, pricing strategies, and promotional efforts in the trade. EWork closely with the sales team to enhance shelf visibility and brand recognition. ? Coordination & Inventory Management EManage relationships with suppliers and third-party vendors for timely production and delivery of marketing materials. ETrack and control the inventory and distribution of POP and merchandising materials. ECollaborate with store managers and sales representatives to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives. ? Special Projects & Reporting EAssist in data collection, market research, and trade insights for strategic planning. EHandle special projects assigned by the Marketing Team to drive business growth. EPrepare reports on trade marketing performance, including ROI analysis and budget tracking.

Requirement
EBachelorfs degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. EAt least 2 years of experience in trade marketing, merchandising, or sales within the FMCG industry (preferably food manufacturing). EStrong understanding of supermarket operations, trade marketing strategies, and branding. EExcellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills. EProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). EWilling to do fieldwork and occasional overtime. + Experience handling consumer promotions and retail execution strategies. + Background in cost analysis and marketing budget management. + Prior experience working with buyers, store supervisors, and merchandising teams. + Familiarity with market research tools and sales data analysis.
