  ・Male or Female ・Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field ・Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Windows OS ・Basic knowledge of PC troubleshooting ・Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail ・Excellent oral and written communication skills ・Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment ・Willing to work on a shifting schedule ・Knowledge in networking protocols and server management ・Experience in IT support or related field (1-2 years) ・Familiarity with security tools, patches, updates, and antivirus software ・Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues ・Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
