Position Overview: We are looking for a talented and driven Technical Lead with expertise in Kotlin, Go, TypeScript, and Cloud Platforms to join our growing team in Cebu. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the development of Bill One, our cloud-based invoice management platform. As a Technical Lead, you will guide our engineering team, make key technical decisions, and drive product innovation. You will also have the chance to work closely with teams in Japan to improve existing features and develop new ones for our global users. Requirement

œ 8+ years of experience in web application development, including: œ 4+ years in backend development (Kotlin, Go, Java, Scala, Rust, Python, Node.js) œ 2+ years in frontend development (React, Angular, Vue.js, Ember.js, Svelte) œ 1+ year in TypeScript development œ 1+ year with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure) œ Experience with microservices and distributed systems œ Proven leadership or mentorship experience, including leading project development and guiding technical decision-making œ Strong understanding of asynchronous task processing, cloud services, and containerized environments œ Experience with serverless, scalable object storage, and cloud-based logging/tracing systems yPreferred Qualificationsz EKotlin, Go, React, TypeScript, GCP experience EExperience in developing large-scale, high-traffic web services and new product development EFamiliarity with SRE, DevOps practices, and accounting operations
