  We are seeking an experienced consultant to support our clients in addressing their organizational challenges. The successful candidate will work closely with clients to understand their ideal organizational structure and expansion goals, and help identify issues, propose necessary solutions for organizational reform, and assist in the implementation of those reforms. Key Responsibilities: EDevelop new business opportunities with Japanese corporate clients. EConduct client interviews to identify organizational challenges and propose effective solutions. EAnalyze complex client needs and simplify them into actionable solutions. EAfter system delivery, follow up on usage, analyze performance data, and identify areas for improvement.
