Job Description

ƒJob Responsibilities„ EShipping Operations: Includes stacking products, transporting materials within the warehouse and factory premises. EInventory Management: Loading items into containers, organizing, and maintaining inventory. EPlating Process Support: Assisting as on-site staff in tasks related to plating operations. EQuality Control: Sorting defective and non-defective items. EChemical Handling and Plating Knowledge: Learning about chemical substances, plating processes, and different plating methods for practical application. ECustomer Support: Responding to customer inquiries. EOther Tasks: Performing other duties as assigned by superiors. ƒImportant Notes„ EThis position involves physically demanding tasks such as carrying heavy items and standing for extended periods. While working on-site, you will learn about raw materials, product specifications, and processing methods. EIn plating-related tasks, chemical substances will be handled in a very safe environment, ensuring health and safety compliance. EAfter an initial period of 6 months to 1 year, you will be assigned to work in Japan for more than 3 years at our headquarters.

Requirement

ƒMUST„ EHaving driving license [Non professional or professional] EExperience working in the manufacturing industry. EExperience in carrying heavy items or performing tasks while standing for extended periods. EWillingness to handle chemical substances (handled with utmost care and in a safe environment). EWilling to work in Japan and motivated to continue studying the Japanese language even after employment. EEagerness to learn about product knowledge, manufacturing processes, and other new skills. ƒBetter„ EKnowledge of plating, chemicals, or raw materials. EExperience working in a Japanese manufacturing company. EJapanese communication skills at N3 to N4 level or equivalent.
