Job Description

<Job Description> Responsible for directing, organizing, controlling, and implementing Plumbing and Sanitary project activities under the direction of the Chief Technical Officer (CTO) and Project Manager (PM). <Duties and Responsibilities> > Ensure the effective implementation of all site work, activities, and operations to meet contract obligations. > Attend site coordination meetings and assist in determining project requirements. Keep the CTO/PM and others informed about project status and any issues that may impact client relations. > Maintain proper installation at the site in accordance with the approved construction and shop drawings. > Ensure the efficiency of all manpower provided at the project site. > Coordinate between the project site and the project management team, including requests for additional manpower, materials, and equipment. > Prepare daily accomplishment reports and provide updates on project status and any issues that may affect client relations.

Requirement

> Project-based position > Must hold at least a Bachelor's/College Degree or a Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Engineering (Sanitary/Mechanical/Civil) > Must have at least three (3) years of experience working as a Project-in-Charge in Plumbing and Sanitary works > Must have at least five (5) years of experience in vertical/horizontal construction > Must be able to read and understand drawings and specifications > Must have strong problem-solving and decision-making skills > Must be proficient in standard office applications such as MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Sketchup, and AutoCAD > Must be able to start ASAP ***The ideal candidate will possess a combination of technical expertise, leadership skills, and attention to detail, contributing to the successful completion of projects in a timely and efficient manner.
