• Job Description

  >Process and coordinate marketing requests and requirements from branches and internal departments >Ensure accurate and timely processing of marketing requests, including documentation and liquidations >Coordinate with Operations, Commissary, and Branches for smooth transmittal of marketing materials and requirements >Monitor and deploy marketing collaterals across all branches >Maintain and regularly update the supplier master list and roster >Coordinate with suppliers for production and delivery of marketing materials >Assist in the roll-out of marketing campaigns, promos, and store initiatives >Monitor and manage vouchers (e.g., Pluxee, Beep) and ensure proper tracking >Acknowledge and respond to reports and concerns routed to Marketing (including online channels) >Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and adherence to deadlines >Assist in data gathering and reporting for marketing initiatives and branch performance >Consolidate monthly sales and quantity sold
