Requirement
【MUST】 •Bachelor’s degree. •Japanese proficiency of at least N2 level (able to read kanji to some extent). •Willingness to work paid overtime when necessary. •Flexible and adaptable to change. •Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently. •Nursing experience in Japan or experience as a caregiver. •Experience in sales or customer service within hotels, medical institutions, or related industries. •Polite, professional, and customer-focused communication skills. •Ability to embrace local culture while delivering exceptional service. •Available to start working immediately (from this month). 【BETTER】 •Experience working in medical institutions. •Experience in the insurance industry.
