The Field Engineer/Architect will be responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of company rules and regulations, quality policies, systems, and procedures.

>Prepare and give technical presentations and reports to explain to customers how the products and services work. >Work with the customers and Engineers to ensure the equipment meets the system requirements. >Communicate with the sales team to understand consumer demands and offer sales support where necessary. >Secure orders, guarantee product standards and assure product delivery. >Establish customer rapport and acceptance. >Plan for modifications to products to meet consumer demands >Help clients to solve problems with product usage. >Recommend new and improved products to the customers and explain how the equipment will be more cost-effective. >Recommending products or services to meet business objectives.

＜Responsibilities＞ Assist the Japanese manager in executing sales activities Interpretation between Tagalog or English and Japanese Engage in sales activities targeting retail clients (Onsite sales). The successful candidate shall provide administrative, and events operations support in order to ensure that services are provided in an effective and efficient manner to our internal and external customers. He/she will attend the Pre-Event Coordination Meeting and Technical Meetings for Function Room events. He/she shall assist with client concerns during events. He/She will be responsible for the preparation of reconciliations between SL and GL and other reconciliations required to ensure accurate cost and inventory accounting and valuation of the company and its affiliates. B. Primary duties and responsibilities Cost Accounting Function 1. Consolidates cost of sales and inventory reports of raw materials and packaging materials (RMPM) of the company and its affiliates. 2. Checks, reviews and provides variance analysis on the consumption and inventory reports of raw materials and packaging materials (RMPM) of the company and its affiliates. 3. Supervises and conducts month-end, end of quarter, and year-end physical inventory count of RMPM, Spare parts, Motor pool, Consumables, Trade Items, and Finished Goods. Financial Analysis and Reporting 1. Checks and reviews monthly Management Reporting Package (MRP).
