Job Description
Cafe Business Manager Responsibilities 1. Business & Sales Management -Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance. -Develop strategies to improve revenue and profit margins. -Analyze sales reports to identify opportunities for improvement. -Manage costs, including ingredients, labor, and operational expenses. 2. Operations Management -Ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the cafe. -Maintain high-quality standards for food and beverages. -Implement and ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). -Ensure cleanliness, safety, and food hygiene standards are strictly followed. 3. Staff Management -Recruit, train, and develop cafe staff. -Maintain staff motivation and foster teamwork. 4. Customer Experience Management -Ensure the delivery of high-quality service to customers. -Handle customer feedback, complaints, and suggestions professionally. -Create a comfortable and welcoming cafe environment. 5. Inventory & Supply Management -Monitor inventory levels of coffee, ingredients, and supplies. -Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries. -Minimize waste and efficiently manage inventory usage. 6. Financial & General Administration -Prepare sales and performance reports for management or headquarters. -Manage budgets and financial plans. -Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.

Requirement
Required Qualifications : -Minimum of 3 years of on-site operations and business management experience at a Japanese restaurant brand or an international hotel restaurant (including Japanese brands). Preferred Qualifications: -Café Operations & Barista Skills: Practical experience in the café industry and possessing barista skills. -Product Knowledge: Deep understanding of coffee beans and beverage quality standards. -P&L Management: Experience in managing and analyzing store Profit & Loss (P&L) statements. -Financial Acumen: In-depth financial knowledge focused on maximizing profits, going beyond basic sales tracking. -SOP Development: Experience in creating and improving Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). -Operational Design: Ability to proactively design and optimize efficient operations, rather than merely following existing protocols. -New Store Openings: Experience in launching new stores (pre-opening). -Team Building: Proven track record of building teams and establishing operations from scratch. -Food Safety Certifications: Qualifications and knowledge related to food hygiene. -Regulatory Compliance: Expertise in food safety and hygiene practices strictly compliant with local laws and regulations.
