Requirement

【MUST】 • Bachelor’s degree in Naval Architecture & Marine Engineering (required) • At least 2 years of experience in shipyard or marine engineering industries (local or overseas) (required) • Strong experience in engineering design, technical calculations, and CAD software • Proven track record of delivering projects on schedule and within budget • Excellent analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Willingness to work on-site in Rosario, Cavite 【BETTER】 • Work experience in shipbuilding or marine engineering projects (local or overseas) • Experience in propeller design or propulsion system engineering • Background working in Japanese companies or multinational manufacturing firms • Knowledge of CFD analysis, 3D modeling, or advanced engineering simulation tools • Leadership or project management experience is an advantage • Japanese language skills are a plus
